극단적인 기상 상황을 포함한 특별한 상황에 따라 당사는 수업을 취소할 수 있는 권리를 보유하고 있습니다. 예약을 취소한 경우 고객은 수업 비용을 전액 환불받게 됩니다. Company reserves the right to cancel any lesson due to extraordinary circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions. In the event that company cancels a booking, the customer will be fully refunded the cost of the lesson.

예약 취소를 원하는 고객은 최소 12시간 전에 공지해야 하며, 12시간 전에 공지하면 전액 환불됩니다. 고객이 12시간 전에 공지할 수 없는 경우 수업 일정을 변경할 수 있습니다. 회사는 단기 환불이 가능한지 여부를 결정할 때 취소 상황을 고려할 것입니다. Customers who wish to cancel a booking must give a minimum of 12 hours notice and if 12 hours notice is provided company will issue a full refund. If a customer is unable to give 12 hours' notice, they will have the option to reschedule their lesson. Company will take into consideration the circumstances of the cancellation when determining whether a short-notice refund can be offered.
