Once the customer has agreed to pay the deposit, no refund transactions will be processed. Customers are allowed to reschedule for a new date, and the slot can be rescheduled within 6 months from the date of purchase. In case of rain, please understand that this is an outdoor activity, so weather conditions, especially during the rainy season, are not within our control. We typically proceed as usual and provide complimentary raincoats (FOC) to our customers. Please note that Penang ATV does not have the authority to determine rain or intense sun conditions.
