당일 투어 고객의 경우: 전액 환불 또는 일정 변경: 활동일 최소 24시간 전에 이메일이나 문자로 알려주시면 가능합니다. 은행 서비스 수수료는 환불되지 않습니다. 지연 취소: 활동 날짜로부터 24시간 이내에 수신된 알림에 대해서는 환불이나 일정 변경 옵션이 없습니다. 투어 취소: 투어 시작 전: 악천후 등 어떤 이유로든 투어가 취소되는 경우 전액 환불을 받거나 일정을 변경할 수 있습니다(예약 가능 여부에 따라 다름). 투어 시작 후: 투어가 시작되었지만 악천후 등 예상치 못한 상황으로 인해 투어를 취소, 중단 또는 단축해야 하는 경우 환불이나 일정 변경 옵션이 제공되지 않습니다. 노쇼 정책: 투어 시간에 맞춰 도착하지 않을 경우, 투어비 전액 청구 됩니다. 단체인 경우에도 노쇼 참가자에 투어비 전액 청구됩니다.

For Day Tour Guests: Full Refund or Rescheduling: Available if you notify us via email or text at least 24 hours before the activity day. Please note that any bank service charges are not refundable. Late Cancellations: No refunds or rescheduling options for notifications received less than 24 hours before the activity day. Cancellations: Before Tour Commencement: If we cancel the tour for any reason, including bad weather, you’re entitled to a full refund or an option to reschedule (subject to slot availability). After Tour Commencement: If the tour has started and we must cancel, abort, or cut it short due to unforeseen circumstances including bad weather, there will be no refunds or rescheduling options. No-Show Policy: Failure to Show: If you do not arrive on time for the tour, any payments made will be forfeited. If part of a group, the remaining balance for no-show participants will still be required.
