If the tour is suspended before commencement due to bad weather or for any reason, you'll get a Full Refund or an option to reschedule. Please note that any bank service charges are not refundable. If the tour has started and we must suspend or cut it short due to unforeseen circumstances including bad weather, there will be No Refund or Rescheduling options. No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive on time for the tour, any payments made will be forfeited. If part of your group does not arrive on time for the tour, the remaining balance for no-show participants will still be required.
