However, the cost of food, fruits and boat fuel would be deducted from the trip price. - Rain with monsoon, big wave or strong wind; the trip is cancelled by the company due to safety reasons, and the guests would get a full refund or guests are allowed to change trip date.

- Amendment of trip date due to urgent case or medical problem; the guests would have to present a proof document or medical certificate within 7 days from trip date, and partial refund would be approved.
