1. If the guest has not yet picked up, and the weather is not good, it can be replaced on another day (reschedule). 2. When the guest reaches the base camp location, and there is rain, then we wait for some time, if still possible, to do the activity, but if not possible, guests will be sent back to the hotel and do the activity the next day (if the client still wants Canyoning). If the client does not wish to Canyoning / to discontinue Canyoning, we will refund the payment, but it will be deducted for transport Rp 250,000 / pax (if the client is already making a full payment). If the client has yet to pay, the client must pay the transport costs of Rp 250,000 / pax.

Cancelations ( Full Payment Advance ): > 36h before depature 100% refund. < 36h before depature 50% refund. < 24h before depature 0% refund. If there is a cancelation, we can always find a mutual understanding as well depending on circumstances.
